This clear vase is approximately 212mm (8 and 4/5ths inches) tall. The base is round and has fairly large widely spaced bubbles going horizantally around the ball. The bottom of the base is very slightly concave and smoothly finished but with three feint rings around the edge and a small circle in the middle, but these are very difficult to photograph as the label is stuck on top. The stem has a wide flare being approximately 36mm (1 and 4/5ths inches) in diameter. The label is clear plastic and an oblong shape with the words "KROSNO POLAND" in blue lettering. In front of the letter K are two blue wavy vertical lines the first one a lighter blue than the second. (see close up image)
